Our 2-Year Warranty addresses any material defects in our products. These defects are imperfections or weaknesses in the material that cause the item to break under typical use and wear. Should a defect emerge within this two-year timeframe, VAVCRAFT will repair your item at no additional cost.

Please note that our 2-Year Warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or natural fading of materials.
• Damage resulting from improper care, accidents, or misuse of the product.
• Products that have been altered or repaired by an unauthorized service provider.
• Theft, loss, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

For all warranty claims, please follow the steps below:

• 1. Contact our customer service team with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence if possible.
• 2. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the process.
• 3. Once approved, you'll need to ship the item back to us. Please note that after the initial 30-day period, customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending a product back for repair or replacement under the 2-Year Warranty.

If your leather product requires repair after the 30-day period has expired, these services will be available at a fee. This does not apply to material defects covered within the 2-Year period.

The duration of the repair or replacement process may differ based on the specific issue at hand. At VAVCRAFT, we aim to address your concerns swiftly and efficiently to reduce any inconvenience. Our dedicated team of skilled craftsmen will endeavor to meticulously restore your cherished item. Please note that given the attention to detail and quality assurance involved, the repair process may take up to approximately 2 weeks.
